Niranj Vaidyanathan is a wildlife photographer from Bangalore, India and has been pursuing photography seriously since the past two years. Niranj, who grew up around animals and cameras found it a natural choice to take up photography.
“Ever since my childhood, I grew up in the company of birds and animals. Growing up, I realized how little people are aware of the natural beauty that surrounds them. I want people to see what they’re missing out on - the beauty of birds and animals, and how much we have, to learn from them”, the gifted photographer tells us.
Niranj’s photography has been featured in Bangalore Photography Club’s flagship exhibition, Frames of Mind 2009. The photographer’s natural affinity for photographing wildlife – and birds in particular, can be seen below.
Niranj's current photography pack: Canon 1D Mark III body, with a Canon EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 USM L IS lens
