Can’t go past the sign in?
Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies. You can change your browser's settings to allow cookies. This option can be usually found from the menu bar under 'Options' or 'Preferences' and then under Privacy settings. Every browser is slightly different so use your browser’s help section to read about how to set your browser to allow cookies.
My username/password doesn't work when I try to sign in
Firstly, please make sure you've typed your details in correctly. If you think you may have forgotten your username or password, click on the Forgot Password link to send yourself an email that will allow you to reset your password.
